After 10+ years in the luxury hospitality industry, Kara relocated to Seattle from Dallas, TX and joined us at WCCR. With a diverse background, specializing in event sales and client relations, specifically with high profile and high net worth companies and individuals, Kara brought exemplary organization, project management and effective communication skills to her work at WCCR. She currently represents a variety of clients including national retail REITs, multi-family developers, and independent investors and retailers. She also has experience with industrial leasing and mid-market office tenant representation. She is passionate about making connections and tailoring each transaction to her clients' needs, and she takes pride in providing the best customer service experience possible. Kara's love for the great outdoors brought her to the Pacific NW and with a little bit of Southern charm, she brings a fresh perspective and eager approach to her clients and community.
