Edson brings over twenty years of experience in real estate and development, coming initially from a background in mortgage financing and then growing into build-for-sale and rental apartment projects in the Puget Sound region. As President of Rainier Development, with a solid foundation of experience in Seattle, they expanded to workforce and Affordable LIHTC multi-family projects around the country. With his affiliation and work at WCCR, he expanded his real estate background through brokerage as the business and these investment categories grew in new markets, now considered a sought-after category in prime MSA's around the country.
