Experience
David is a 30+ year real estate professional with experience including in-depth consulting consultation on a variety of real estate related projects including financial analysis, market analysis, development feasibility and entitlements analysis, litigation support, formation of new lending programs and capital raises, valuation services, initiation of marketing strategies, corporate and private real estate services, property and loan portfolio sales, and cost segregation. He has also served as a contract asset manager, construction and development manager, and acquisition manager for private and public ownership entities. As a consultant and asset manager, David supervised listing brokers in several states, and managed sales and leasing transactions including retail, commercial and residential across his client's portfolios.
