Carol started her real estate career in residential sales, achieving the status of Million Dollar Salesperson her very first year in the business. She was consistently a top salesperson year over year for over a decade before transitioning to commercial real estate. In 1991, she joined Sandy at West Coast Commercial Realty and was the driving force behind the development of our high standards for practice management, operations, client relations, transaction management and business development. Carol served as the backbone of our high production brokerage practice for over 30 years, ensuring we maintained the highest level of professionalism, education, ethics and client service. She was also awarded the CoStar PowerBroker® award numerous times and she was a key factor in the success of each individual broker in the company. In 2024, her final year in the business, WCCR was named as the 7th Fastest Growing Woman-Owned Company and the 31st Fastest Growing Private Company by the Puget Sound Business Journal. Carol retired "on top" at the end of 2024, and her daughter, Tiffini Connell and granddaughter, Avery Connell, are continuing the legacy well into the third generation. Thank you Carol!
