Experience

With 15 years in commercial real estate, Andrea has experience in almost every facet of the industry including development, property management, leasing, and brokerage, both as a landlord and tenant representative, allowing for a unique perspective and approach to helping clients reach their goals. She recently partnered with another known tech giant as their retail broker partner consulting on both new and existing projects in the region, with a focus on curating local retailers and improving market presence. Andrea has a BA in Communication from the University of Washington and is a freelance contributor to local life-style publications. Though she’s spent most of her life in the Pacific Northwest, Andrea’s roots are in New York City. She enjoys traveling to see her family and taking in the east coast retail scene.
